The monthly service

Google Ads management in Manchester

One goal per campaign, one flat fee, one person

Google Ads management for a Manchester business costs £249 to £599 a month here, set by your spend band and never by a percentage of it, with a 3-month minimum and then monthly. Each campaign is built for the outcome you want, calls, sales, bookings, B2B enquiries or local jobs, and reported on that outcome. The search terms are read every week, the tracking is proved rather than assumed, the account stays in your name, and Daniel Stoychev does the work himself.

Answered straight

What does Google Ads management actually include?

Four decisions, made again every week from the account's own data: which searches the ads show for, what each click is allowed to cost, where the click lands, and whether it turned into the thing the campaign is for. Everything below is one of those four.

Which searches
Ninety days of search terms read at the start and seven days read every week after. Keywords at phrase and exact match so the report shows what people typed. Negative lists for the sector and for the boroughs you do not serve.
What a click may cost
Manual bids until tracking is proved, then Maximise Conversions, then a target cost per action once there are around thirty conversions a month to learn from. Budgets moved between campaigns by impression share, not by feel.
Where it lands
The landing page measured on a phone every month. Copy changes requested from the data; on Growth and above, made by us. A slow page pays more for the same position in the Manchester auction.
Whether it worked
Calls over a minute, forms that arrived, bookings confirmed, orders with values. Checked against your inbox, not against Google's dashboard, and reported as a cost per outcome.

Built by goal

The same platform, five different builds

A campaign for phone calls runs in the hours the phone is answered and carries a call asset; a campaign for online orders carries a product feed and bids on margin; a campaign for bookings stops at the confirmation page. Each goal has its own page on this site, and each gets its own campaign and its own line in your report.

The weekly read

Why the search terms are read every week, not every quarter

A Manchester account left alone drifts in a predictable direction. Close variants let “emergency plumber Stockport” match “plumbing course Stockport”. A radius drawn around the city centre reaches Warrington one week and Huddersfield the next. Google turns display expansion back on with a notice nobody reads. A competitor in Salford raises its bids and yours quietly follow. None of it is dramatic on any given day, and all of it is expensive by the end of a quarter.

So every week the search terms that spent money are read line by line, the ones that could never have bought are excluded the same day, the settings that widen targeting are checked, the conversion actions are compared with what arrived in your inbox, and Google's recommendations are read and, mostly, declined in writing. It is not clever. It is the job, and most of the accounts we read have never had it done.

What you see

The report reads like a bank statement, not a brochure

Two pages at the end of every month, written by the person who did the work. Every figure is one you can open the account and check, because the account is yours.

  1. 1

    Spent

Ad spend against the agreed budget, and our fee beside it, so the all-in figure is never hidden.

  2. 2

    Produced

Calls over a minute, forms, bookings or orders, by campaign, with the month before for comparison.

  3. 3

    Cost per outcome

The number the account is judged on, by goal. Not cost per click, which is a cost, not a result.

  4. 4

    Worth

What you told us those outcomes were worth. Without that line the report says it is incomplete, and asks.

  5. 5

    Changed, declined, next

What was excluded, paused or rewritten and why; which of Google's recommendations were refused; the one change planned for next month and the number it is meant to move.

Questions about the monthly service

How much does Google Ads management cost in Manchester with you?

£249 a month for ad spend up to £1,000, £399 up to £3,000 and £599 up to £8,000, excluding VAT, plus £199 once for setup. Ad spend is paid to Google on your card and never marked up. The fee changes only when your spend crosses into another band.

What is the minimum term?

3 months, then monthly with a month's notice. The three months exist because Smart Bidding needs about a month of clean conversion data before its numbers mean anything, and a judgement made in week three is a judgement made on noise.

Do you take over existing accounts, or only build new ones?

Both. An existing account is taken over through a manager-account request you approve and can remove in one click; nothing is rebuilt until ninety days of search terms have been read. A new account is created on your own Google login with your card on the billing, which is what the setup fee covers.

Do you write the ad copy?

Yes, and you approve any claim before it runs. Responsive search ads are written per ad group so the headline names the search, the offer and the reason to pick you, with the Manchester place name in the copy only where the search contained one.

Can you track phone calls from the ads?

Yes. A Google forwarding number on the ad counts calls over a length you choose, and a swapped number on the landing page counts calls after the click. Calls under a minute are reported as misdials, not as leads, so the cost per call in the report is a real one.

What happens if I leave?

The account, the campaigns, the negative lists, the conversion tracking and the ad copy are all in your account already, because it was never in ours. You remove our access and carry on, or hand it to whoever comes next, with the change history intact.

What is the minimum ad spend you will work with?

There is no minimum in our terms; the auction sets one. In a sector where a Manchester click costs several pounds, £300 a month buys too few clicks to learn from and we say so before you start. The free 72-hour check or a Keyword Planner read tells you where your sector sits.

Are you a Google Partner?

We do not display a Partner badge, and we will not display one we have not earned. Partner status has spend and certification thresholds and it says nothing about whether the person reading your search terms each week is any good. Ask any agency to show you the change history on an account instead.

What will you not do to my account?

Charge a percentage of spend, leave auto-apply recommendations on, run Performance Max as the only campaign on a small budget, bid on your own brand or a rival's by default, report clicks as results, or take on a second client competing for the same Manchester customers.

Do I need to be in Manchester to work with you, and are you?

No and no. We are in Wrexham, about an hour by road, and the account is run remotely with visits by appointment. Most of the month's contact is a phone call, a WhatsApp message about a search term, and the written report.

Say what the ads are for. The fee and the first three changes come back in writing.

Calls, sales, bookings or leads, roughly what you spend, and the part of Greater Manchester you sell to. Daniel Stoychev reads it himself and answers within one working day with the tier, the fee and what he would change first. Already spending? The free check reads your account in 72 hours.
