Results, stated carefully

We have no Manchester case study to show you yet.

Here is what we show instead, and how to check it.

Manchester PPC Agencyopened in September 2026 and has no Google Ads account in Greater Manchester that it can publish with a client's permission. Rather than borrow a logo or invent a percentage, this page does three things. It walks through the first 90 days of a hypothetical account, a physiotherapy clinic in Stockport whose goal is bookings, with every figure labelled illustrative, so you can see what the three monthly reports would say and what each would ask you to decide. It shows the measured work that is real: the pages we build and fix, with Google's own numbers. And it tells you how to verify who we are. The first real Manchester account appears here with written permission and its spend shown, and not before.

Worked example, not a client

Three reports for a Stockport physiotherapy clinic spending £1,200 a month on bookings

Every number below is invented to be plausible for a two-room clinic near Stockport town centre, and none of it happened. It is here to show the shape of the reports and the decisions they force, not to show what we have achieved.

  1. Report one, day 30 (illustrative)

    Spent
£1,200 of ad spend, plus the Growth fee of £399
    Produced
34 bookings counted at the booking engine's confirmation step, plus 9 calls over a minute
    Cost per booking
About £47 including the fee, on the 34 online bookings alone; the clinic said six of the nine calls also booked, which the report notes but does not count until the clinic confirms them
    Search terms excluded
187 in the first fortnight: physio courses, NHS physio, Stockport County physio jobs, three towns outside the radius
    Declined
Broad match keywords, a 40% budget increase, display expansion, all suggested by Google in week two
    Decision asked of the clinic
What is a first booking worth once the average patient's follow-ups are counted? Without it the report cannot say whether £47 is good.
  2. Report two, day 60 (illustrative)

    Spent
£1,200, held flat on purpose while bidding learned
    Produced
47 bookings and 11 calls. Bidding moved to a target cost per booking on day 41 with 34 conversions behind it
    Cost per booking
About £34 including the fee, on online bookings. The clinic put a first booking at £180 across its follow-ups, so the campaign is comfortably in profit
    Changed
Sports injury ad group split from back pain; the Cheadle and Bramhall districts given a bid uplift after the borough report showed the cheapest bookings came from there
    Landing page
Booking button moved above the fold on phones; speed 71 to 94 on PageSpeed Insights; conversion rate from 4.1% to 6.3%
    Decision asked of the clinic
Can the diary take more? Impression share lost to budget was 38%, so more spend would buy more bookings at a similar cost, if there are slots.
  3. Report three, day 90 (illustrative)

    Spent
£1,500, raised by a quarter after the clinic opened Saturday mornings
    Produced
61 bookings and 14 calls, with Saturday accounting for 12 of them
    Cost per booking
About £31 including the fee, against a first booking worth £180, on online bookings alone
    Worth
61 bookings at £180 is £10,980 of first-booking value from £1,899 all in, roughly six to one by the clinic's own figure, before the calls that booked and before the follow-ups
    Declined
Performance Max, which would have hidden which searches produced the bookings; a video campaign; auto-apply
    Decision asked of the clinic
Scale, hold or stop. The recommendation was to hold spend and open a second campaign for a new service, judged on its own line from month four.

The worked example is built to be realistic for its sector and its borough and to show a campaign that works; a real one may not, and the third report of a real account sometimes says stop. The point is the shape: money in, outcomes out, cost per outcome, what was refused, and a decision for you each month.

What is real today

The pages we build and fix, measured by Google

Webso Digital builds websites and does the SEO on them; the landing pages an ad points at are the same kind of page. These are SEO and web clients, not PPC accounts, and the figures are from Google's own tools, with the caveats beside them.

How to check what we say

Everything verifiable about us, in one place

  • Trading name. Webso Digital, the trading name of Daniel Stoychev, sole trader, at 110 Rhosddu Road, Wrexham LL11 2NG.
  • ICO registration. ZC207002, on the public register.
  • The parent studio. websodigital.com, with the same address, phone and person.
  • A tool we built and run. The negative keyword generator is public, so the thinking can be judged before anything is paid for.
  • The method. Open your own account's search terms report for ninety days, sort by cost, and count the rows that could never have bought from you. That is the case for the weekly read, made on your data.

What you will not find here

The things a page like this usually fakes

  • A rating with a count, until real reviews exist and the count is the true one.
  • Logos of Manchester businesses we have not worked for.
  • A testimonial with a first name and a stock photograph.
  • “We manage £X of ad spend”, which measures the agency, not your return.
  • A return on spend with the spend cropped out of the screenshot.

When the first real Greater Manchester account is published it will show the spend, the outcomes, the cost per outcome, what the client said they were worth and what did not work, named or anonymised at the client's choice.

Say what the ads are for. The fee and the first three changes come back in writing.

Calls, sales, bookings or leads, roughly what you spend, and the part of Greater Manchester you sell to. Daniel Stoychev reads it himself and answers within one working day with the tier, the fee and what he would change first. Already spending? The free check reads your account in 72 hours.
